What is MOPS?
MOPS IS A PLACE THAT GETS MOMS
We understand your unique needs, challenges and joys in this vital season of early mothering. You will be welcomed in our MOPS group just as you are!
At our MOPS group you will have a chance to socialize with other moms, hear some great teaching (on a relevant topic), have discussion time and participate in creative activities from start to finish without any interupptions from our little ones.
MOPS exists for every mom—urban, suburban, and rural moms, stay-at home and working moms, teen, single and married moms—moms with different lifestyles who all share a similar desire to be the very best moms they can be!

MOPPETS is the children's program which meets at the same time as the MOPS group. In MOPPETS, your little ones will enjoy crafts, activities, snacks, and playtime. It is a fun and nurturing place where moms can feel comfortable leaving their children during the MOPS meeting. There is no extra charge for MOPPETS, and it is available for children age 0-Senior Kindergarten.
How much does MOPS cost?
We charge a fee of $70 ($65 for early bird registration through May 24) for the entire year through April, that is 15 meetings. (That’s less than $5 per meeting!) This fee covers the cost of our speakers, craft materials, advertising, curriculum, door prizes, and everything else that helps make MOPS happen!
A portion of your fee ($23.95) goes directly to MOPS International for your membership for the year. Becoming a member of MOPS International is required, but includes some fun stuff. Perks include: a 1 year subscription to MOMSense magazine, a weekly mom email and more. Click here to see the 2010-2011 membership benefits.
Of course if you’ve never been to MOPS before please come and check us out for free for your first meeting. Please contact Amanda Abbott @ 519-970-9560 to let us know you will be coming and to make sure that we have room for your little ones.
If you know someone who needs MOPS but may not be able to afford it, please contact us. Scholarships are available and will always remain confidential.
